In the business law area we deal regularly
with contracts, corporations, LLC's, small business, partnerships, real estate
transactions, employment law, collections, consumer law, debtor-creditor
law and general business-related legal advice. We have extensive
experience in all areas of estate planning and administration, including
probate, wills, trusts, taxation, conservatorships and guardianships.
In the family law area we frequently work on both simple and complex
divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, paternity and adoption
cases. We have experience in a broad range of general litigation
including general business litigation, collections, mortgage and security
interest litigation, debtor and creditor rights, consumer rights and family
and employment law.
John Robb and Joseph Robb both practice significantly in
the area of School Law covering all aspects of public school administration
and he serves as Chief Labor Negotiator for several school districts.
